There are several ways you can become a patient at mermaid Robina Family Chiropractic.
Firstly, you can simply call Wendy or Lorraine and make and appointment. They will help you find a convenient time that suits you to have your initial consultation and examination.
Secondly, you can email us to leave your contact details and we will contact you.
Thirdly, you can fill in the New Patient Form and email it to us. We will contact you to arrange an appointment time.
We do offer a "no charge" verbal consultation so that you can come and discuss whether chiropractic care could be helpful for you.
Remember, the sooner you call us, the sooner you can start to feel better and enjoy the things you love doing!

FEES
Initial consultation and Examination
Adjustment
Payment is to be made at the time of service. When there are several visits in succession, payment can be made in advance at the beginning of each week.
Chiropractic fees can be claimed from your health fund. The rebate you receive will depend on the product you have purchased from your health fund.
APPOINTMENTS
Consultations are by appointment. We try very hard to adhere to appointment times and will only run behind time when unexpected circumstances occur.
Your health is our concern, but your responsibility. Please let the clinic know if you are unable to attend an appointment and reschedule as soon as possible.
Your schedule of care is established so that you receive maximum benefit from your adjustments. It is to your benefit that any missed appointments are rescheduled as soon as possible as each visit builds on the previous one. After each course of visits your problem will be thoroughly reassessed and you will have the opportunity to discuss your progress in detail with the chiropractor.
LOCATION
You will find us at the Q Super Centre, Cnr Bermuda and Markeri Sts, Mermaid Waters. We are between the Medical Centre and the Vet near the Markeri St entrance. There is ample parking outside the clinic. However, during busy times it's easy and convenient to park outside Clive Anthony's and walk across the road to our clinic. There are several disabled car parking spaces in front of the medical centre.
